Passing through Lake City on vacation staying in a hotel around the corner, we needed our first oil change on our 2026 Suburban, very convenient that Roundtree was so close and could take us in for a 9 AM service. I found that the staff and service adviser were very friendly and I was in and out in about 1-1/2 hours.

Johnathan was great and informative as he always is. Customer service is awesome. I was not happy with the increase of the bill. The extra costs in just getting oil change, tire rotation and coolant replacement was not necessary. I have had my vehicle serviced here since I bought it and I will have to reconsider where I'm going to have it serviced from here on out.

Big shout out to Danielle Sims!! My Duramax tuck went into low power mode and needed an injector replaced. I called in and got Danielle on the line, she instantly quoted me a price and kept to it. Dropped it off at noon on Wednesday and it was completed by noon on Thursday. Even though it was Danielle's day off she drove in to get my paperwork done and my truck released. Well done by the whole team. Much appreciated
Richard was amazing however, the inside of the car was not detailed on the inside, I was also missing a lug nut on my back tire. I did love Richard however and will recommend him to anyone who needs a new car he made the process easy and was very good at explaining things.

One of the top 5 General Motors worst dealers I have dealt with. Had an appointment, but was told it didn't matter, it is first come, first serve. So, why have the option of making an appointment online? This has been the second time this has happened, don't know why I gave the dealer a second chance, shame on me. I figured nothing would change, extremely poor management, from the Top Down.

Rep was amazing and friendly, mechanic did not check fluids in car. Mechanic could have checked the fluids in car better. Rep was fine during appointment and helped me after with forgetting my cup. Interactive with me from the start. Didn't push anything on me I did not need.

He was happy to stay late and understood we are part of the working class and didn't have the flexibility to come during common business hours. There was no pressure. He let the car sell itself and never once indicated we were a bother for keeping him at the office until 10pm.

My family and myself were 14 hour from home and our truck was broke down. Greg in service got us right in to repair and took care of the extended warranty. They also had us a ride to a motel room for the night. We had stopped at another dealership and it was going to be two or three days before they would even look at our truck. Truck is fixed and we are on the the road as fast as possible as promised.

I recently took my truck to Roundtree Moore after my dash showed a DEF warning. I purchased my own scanner, which indicated that the DEF heater had failed. When I researched the issue, I saw that some vehicles have had recalls or extended coverage for DEF heater problems. I called the dealership and was told that if it was a recall issue, it would not cost me anything.

I came there to have oil change and my automatic shut off looked at and told advisor I didn’t want it messed with if it wasn’t covered under warranty! I was change 280.00 for them to look at this issue!! How unbelievable! I wasn’t told until my vehicle was finished of how much it was going to cost, I was very disappointed! I WILL NOT be coming back for anything that isn’t needed to be done there!
